It can be difficult to start a new practice in our lives. Mindfulness and meditation is no exception. Our reasons, priorities, and thoughts stand in the way of change. Having me as your experienced coach will help take away many of these roadblocks. I will help you learn the basics and guide you throughout your journey
A 30 to 45-minute session, one on one session starting out with setting the intention of the session followed by practicing mindfulness tools tailored to your needs and guided meditation.
You will leave the session with a practice plan made to work for you.
6-week series (45-60-minute session/ week) for a group of 4-6 people.
The sessions comprise of mindfulness practices, guided meditation and practice plan with an intention to turn it into a new habit.
You can make your own group or join one of my existing groups.
I am available as a keynote speaker in any setting for your upcoming events.

Over the course of 10 weeks, Monica have introduced me to the practice of mindfulness and meditation. From our work together, in addition to learning mindful distinctions, I have learned most importantly how to be mindful of my breath and to use my breath to get grounded and quiet. This is helping me to achieve new perspectives and to let go of what is not working. Applying the practices is helping me to transform my mind, to manage my thoughts and to release negative thought patterns.
